What makes DNow Online different?
A few things come to mind: Intentional. Simple. Affordable.
DNow Online offers intentionality at just about every turn . . . For starters, look at the content. We know the content for your weekend is so crucial. We’ve crafted a very intentional content package for each study when you look at all the student resources, small group lesson plans, and even your large group/corporate gathering. An example, included in the overall content are outlines for your large group time. These were crafted to “wash the feet” of your small group time where transformation takes place. Gone are the days of not being able to tie it all together! We’ve helped you solve that problem.
Another area we’ve been extremely intentional about is helping you with your leaders. We’ve built Tools and Training in to every DNow Online account. From videos to articles and even practical forms, we offer content that covers a nice range of training topics as you and your leaders prepare for the weekend. Pretty cool. huh?

What all is included with each study for $69?
Hey! Great question. This is something that’s really different with DNow Online from most resources available to you for DNow and/or Retreat weekends. With DNow Online you literally pay one price ($69) to access a single study and all the content you and your leaders need. When you have access to a study you literally get tons of content. It’s content by the boat loads. Seriously. Check out the Pricing Page to see for yourself!
Can I try DNow Online for free?
One word – yes! Just click “Try It Free” anywhere on the site and in about 30 seconds you can be testing it out. With a FREE (or DEMO) account, you’ll be able to see some of the incredible features included in your online experience, plus you’ll get to fully test out the first lesson of the IMITATOR Study in the online system!
Do the DNow Online studies only work in the context of a DNow or Retreat Weekend?
All DNow Online content has been intentionally developed for a Disciple Now or youth ministry Retreat Weekend. However, the core content itself can certainly be adapted and used in different settings. Just know that you’ll probably have way more content and resources than you need if you simply use this material for a 4-lesson small group study. But, hey, too much is better than too little, right?
I’ve never done a DNow or Retreat Weekend. Can you help?
Of course we can help you! The tools and resources available with DNow Online are designed specifically to help make your Disciple Now or Retreat Weekend much easier. PLUS, we’ll be more than happy to have an initial conversation with you to offer any help beyond the toolsDNow Online has to offer. Account Questions
What’s a license fee and how does it work?
DNow Online delivers all your large group content, small group lesson plans, tools, training, and much more through the DNow OnlineDelivery System. In order to access all the dynamic content through the delivery system, each church will simply purchase a license fee. In addition to the content, the Delivery System allows you to manage an unlimited amount of small group leaders/teachers. The license fee unlocks all this goodness and is only $69 per church.
Does my content/account expire?
No! Your online content does not expire. However, your license to use the content is tied to your church or organization. If you leave your organization you’ll have to leave your awesome DNow Online content behind.
What’s the difference in an account administrator and a teacher/small group leader?
Our system is set up to recognize two types of accounts or roles.
1. Account Administrator - This is you. The Youth Pastor or Group Leader. The one who pays.
You’ll have access to 100% of the content and additional files available to you for your Large Groups, as well as admin features, such as “Manage Teachers”. There’s much more. You get it all!2. Leader/Small Group Teacher - You (admin) will set up these awesome volunteers to join your account as a teacher. Once in the system, these guys have access to all the small group content in both digital and printable formats.
In a nutshell, the system displays certain content based off your role. Neato!
Once I purchase a study, when do I get access to my online content?
Immediately. It’s automated. Boo ya.
Remember, the online content is the $69 license fee. Everything included in this is turned on right away!
Content Questions
A note about the Bible Translation used for DNow Online content.
A few helpful notes about this . . .
1. Be sure to check out the ABOUT US page for more on “What We Believe”.
2. For all DNow Online content we use the NIV(84).It’s worth mentioning to you that the thing we care about most is your students hearing the Word of God and knowing how to apply the truths of Scripture to their lives. Our lessons teach a solid and conservative biblical theology. If you have any questions about this aspect ofDNow Online, please call us!
What’s the length of each DNow Online study?
Each study contains 4 core sessions/lessons. With each study you’ll get Large Group Content and Small Group Content that’s built intentionally for these two different contexts. It’s all designed to help you have a very intentional and ultimately transformational weekend.
The actual length of each Small Group Study is designed to be around 20-25 minutes of interactive small group time.
Do you have samples of each study available I can view?
Absolutely. Just navigate over to the STUDIES page and click ‘Learn More’ for any of the studies. When you get on the next page you’ll see an option to “download lesson overviews”. These overviews will give you a great idea of the content for both your Large Group time and your Small Groups.
How often will new content be released?
Since most Disciple Now and Retreat Weekends are done in the Fall and early Spring, we are committed to launching a entirely new study every August for the upcoming Fall and Spring.
Multi-Group Event Questions
I’m thinking about doing an area wide or multi-group DNow. Does each church require it’s own license fee?
Yes. Each church will need its own license to access the online delivery portion of DNow Online . If you’re planning a large event and have any questions about this, give us a call! We know there are special circumstances with larger events and we’ll be happy to work with you.

Orders and Shipping Questions
How quickly do orders ship?
All student book and follow-up journal orders will ship within 24-48 hours from time of order, in most cases.
Depending on the qty of T-Shirts, we typically print, pack and ship within 3-4 days of the order.
Custom T-Shirt orders will generally take between 5-7 days to ship from the time of order.As with everything else, if you ever need special care we’ll be more than happy help you any way we can. Just let us know!
A note about our shipping locations.
All student book and follow-up journal orders will ship from Carol Stream, Illinois.
All T-Shirt orders will ship from Lexington, Kentucky.If you order both, you’ll get two separate shipments. Which is fun. Right? We’ve gotcha covered, as we’ll be sure to provide handy shipping updates along the way.
Can I wait to the last minute to order student resources?
Yes and no
We realize you need the number of students to become a little more clear before you order resources, so we want to help any way we can!Books and Follow-Up Journals: We need a max of 5 days from the time you order to have books delivered to your shipping address (using UPS Ground)
T-Shirts: We need a max of 5-7 days from the time you order to have shirts delivered to your shipping address (Using UPS Ground) If you choose to customize your shirts, please plan up to 10 days of total time between order and delivery.
Expedited shipping options are also available if needed.

Payment Questions
Can I be invoiced for my order?
At this time all sales need payment at time of order.
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. We know, we know. We’ve worked really hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied and will continue to do so! It’s a real honor to serve and equip you, so in order to do that cost effectively, we have to make all sales final.
With that said . . . If you need to wait to get a total number of students before you order resources, please feel free to reach out to us. We can work with you on dates, etc. so you are comfortable with when you need to order to receive your resources in plenty of time!
Also, something to consider: If you have a extra resources, remember that your license fee never expires so you may need the resources in the future if you re-use the theme at any point.
Student Resources Questions
Do I have to buy student books?
Yes. The small group lesson plans are intentionally written to provide a very interactive and dynamic learning experience for your students as they use these books. Your small group leaders teach from their lesson plan and your students will be engaging with their books. It’s also a great way to provide a long lasting memory of their experience. We really believe these books are full of application so your students can really be challenged with what they are learning. Be sure to check out our preview of the student books for a nice snapshot of what you’ll be getting.
Tell me a little more about the Follow-Up Journals.
Well, of course. Your DNow or Retreat is a transformative experience for your students. So often students begin to take hold of the concepts and truths they learn, only to see their understanding become limited to the weekend. We’ve carefully crafted a 4-week journal that equips them to go much deeper in their spiritual journey after your weekend is over. Each journal includes four weeks of interactive, Bible centered, and application oriented content. Be sure to check out the preview we make available to get a close up of the actual content.
Are the T-Shirts customizable?
Yep! You can add up to 3 lines of text on the left sleeve. There is an additional $3 per shirt fee for customization. All the details are listed in the ordering process when you are ordering your shirts. As always, if you any other questions on this, just give us a call.
Why are the T-Shirts called “authenteractive”?
Interesting, huh? We all know a high-quality, themed T-Shirt with the authentic study artwork seems to complete your weekend, as well as gives your students something to wear long after the event is over to serve as a reminder for their weekend. But, what really is an “authenteractive” T-Shirt anyway?
We’ve tagged every shirt with a hang tag that has a QR code on it. When scanned with a smartphone, students will see 5 very simple and practical challenges that they can do to put into action what they’ve learned. Don’t worry, if students don’t have a QR code reader, there’s also a URL on the tag that will send students to get the 5-day Challenge.
Is there a minimum order for any of your resources?
Only on T-Shirts when you customize. The minimum for custom shirts is 12.
